well i am not an all time expert but i usually would not do anything until the price is in or near the red rectangle.
or you need to confirm with a higher timeframe because patterns on 5 min are not always reliable, but i find patterns on 1 h and above nearly always pan out if you are patient and your account is well funded!
hello Poruchik. I have been reading your fascinating posts and i thank you for traders in general. I have a question regarding max depth. The default on Zup is 55 and i seem to be all right with that. But I see some posts with a use of 7 or five or even a few combinations. I am now a little confused and maybe you can explain how depth is used. is a lower depth useds to find patterns faster , or is a higher depth more of a confirmation of patterns. How do you determine what depth to use?
Poruchik not here. You can look for him at here Onix forum. From what i know Poruchik are using 4 maxDepth, 5, 15, 35, 55.
