    Adele paid tribute to Prince while kicking off her U.S. tour in Minnesota on Tuesday, July 5, according to NME. The 28-year-old British singer played the Xcel Energy Center in St Paul, Minnesota as her first stop on her U.S. tour. She performed several of her hits including "Hello," "Rumour Has It" and "Skyfall."

    Billy Joel was joined by Kenny Chesney on stage for a duet at the former's show in Pittsburgh on Friday, July 1, according to The Boot. The duo came together to sing Joel's 1980 hit song "You May Be Right." Both singers split the verses of the song and harmonized together on the chorus section. Chesney performed in Pittsburgh the following night with Miranda Lambert.

    Drake has topped the Billboard 200 chart for the ninth straight week with his latest album, Views, according to Rap-Up.com. This milestone gives Views the third-most weeks at number one by a hip-hop album, beating out Eminem's The Marshall Mathers LP, which was released in 2000.

    Views was released on April 29 and has produced the singles "Hotline Bling," "One Dance," "Pop Style," "Too Good" and "Controlla."

    Paul Simon didn't let some bad weather ruin the last stop on his recent tour. The singer/songwriter closed out his latest trek in a homecoming concert in Queens. The show was interrupted by a downpour, but the singer pushed through. The concert included more than two dozen songs, with tracks from his new album, as well as career-spanning classics like "Homeward Bound" and "The Boxer."

    It was recently revealed that Prince played keyboard on the Mobb Deep track "Thou Shall Not Kill," according to TMZ. While on N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN's podcast, Havoc revealed the Purple One's presence on the song. He also shared a not so positive story of a car accident. "The most memorable session I ever had in the studio was when we was working . . ."
