    China's Service Sector Growth Stabilizes

    China's service sector growth stabilized at a relatively low level in July, while a faster contraction in manufacturing fueled a second consecutive fall in the country's overall private sector output, a survey by Markit Economics and HSBC revealed Monday.     The U.K. service sector expanded at its fastest pace for over six-and-a-half years in July, helped by an increase in new business as market conditions continued to strengthen, results of a closely watched survey revealed Monday.
