I have been looking at all sorts and am getting very frustrated. The search continues...
I have sought to read about the indicators you have mentioned above, but I don't understand exactly what forecastig ca be achieved. So please share any backgroud references you may have about these you are using. More importantly feel free to share your results. I will share with you what I come across.

Forecasting won't be working well on 1M, 5M so I don't think it would be good idea to use it on 15min expiry. Correct me if I'm wrong but there is too much noise to predict pa correctly. The other thing is that you have to have really fast computer if using historical data. I have data till 1970 on EURUSD and I have to wait for a while to load pure plain 1M chart, haha when I did it with WmiFor, computer stopped working. Of course there is no problem with standard data.

You asked about background references. The whole idea is based on the assumption that if something happened earlier, it will probably happen in the future. Look at it in a bigger picture. Economic crisis is not unpredictible. The whole economy has its own waves that are constantly making a circle and repeat themselves which Elliott Wave Theory proves from 1980's. The same with forecasting. It is probable that if pattern consisted of e.g. 24 candles happened earlier, it will also happen in the future and next 24 candles from history is a forecast for future. I'm not an expert, I'm still learning, but I see it like this.

Yes, your points are valid. Very difficult to do binaries on shorter time frames. I have not used forecastig at all in this context, so I will have to study these concepts. What do other members use - I wonder!
I am not going to give up on this concept. After improving my trading on forex the traditional spread betting I will revisit this area of forecasting. I have been observing the Autochartist service predictions - have you used their price action prediction to trade?

Not yet, but I will try them in a matter of time. As Sergey (newdigital) said, forecasting alone is not enough. It should be connected with technical analysis. But first I want to find the best program, settings, pairs and time to use forecasting and then I will try to make the accuracy better by using technical analysis. I will share my results here

One big drawback with forecasting indicators is that we can`t backtest it. But I have found useful program that simulates trading. Thanks to that we can go back in time and test our strategies and forecasting indicators. Half year of trading takes about two hours, so it is great tool to learn much faster.
