Igorad told me that It is not easy to fix economic indicators for new build MT4 (ff indicators and some others). If he finds the way of fixing - he will do it (I am waiting too).

I have one simple script that calculates something and draws a horizontal line based on given date , I want to ask that can you convert it to indicator so that can draw the line at beginning of day ?
also if possible , please explain to me what exactly this script calculates ?
