The UK labor market weakened as the number of people out of work increased and employment declined the most in over four years in three months to August, data from the Office for National Statistics showed Tuesday. The level of unemployment increased by 22,000 to 1.31 million in three months to August and the number of people in work fell 56,000 to 32.69 million.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK has been ordered to pay 2500 GBP to an investor who lost 50 000 GBP, because of an error on the FCA financial services register.
The decision of the Complaints Commissioner is related to a case dating back to 2015, when a registry error led an investor to believe a cloned website is a legit and regulated investment company.
