I think it happens because you use too large periods for MA_Length and Dev_Length at too short history of the chart.

Hi Igor,
I have been looking for something like this for sometime its great. Do you have any documents detailing how to use the options? I am particularly interested in some clarity on colour option 1. It looks like when the moving average is moving upwards or downwards it is straight forward to understand but I am interested to know how & what is defining the colour during the change from one to another.

I do not think it may be coded in simpe way (because M3 or M10 are non-standard timeframes).
In case of MT4 - it may be coded as a separated indicator as Offline Live Chart tool, for example:

And those indicators are in premium section only (links to download all of them in premium wiki thread - Offline Charts), but I do not see BollingerBands there ...
