RSI Overlay will color the candles bullish, bearish or neutral depending on 3 available modes:

1) RSI Above or Below 50 Line
2) Compare Current RSI value with Previous RSI value
3) RSI Above Overbought Level or Below Oversold Level

that's interesting RSI and CCI are not repair indicators but this eata indicator is repair...

According to the coder - this is the latest (non-repainting) version (attached) - I found it in the discussion post here.

As we can see in the link (mql5.com) the author of "EATA" indicator said that:

"The indicator of the first version looks into the future with a miscalculation of history. Therefore, he draws well. At the current bar, the future story is, of course, not available to him. Accordingly, and the testimony is as it is."

So we can that result the final arrow depend on future candles and position of final arrow change during time.

2. That seems crossing RSI and CCI are profitable methods, I attach another indicator (2) and i request dear igoradto compare codes of this indicator and see that if this indicator is repainting like that you attach (1) or no...

3. if both of them are repainting is it possible for dear igoradto write indicator which cross RSI and CCI not repainting ?

EATA_3 indicator from my previous post is non-repainting version (according to the author) but, anyway, you can check it by yourself by attaching indicator to M1 timeframe and to see durng few hours - repainting or non-repainting (the other way to check re-painting is to use any screenshot indicator which is automatically making screenshot of the chart every 1/2/10 minutes).

Concerning your idea to create new indicator so I made a request to Igorad and hope he will make it (if he is not busy for now.)
