Just download IchimokuSystem_v1.3 600+ indicator from this post, MaksiGen_Range_Move mtf 2 indicator and Ichimoku indicator from this post, place them in indiocators folder and compile (or re-start MT4).
Place template (attached) in template folder.

Open the chart, right mouse click on the chart - Template, and find this template by name. You will see the chart when Senkou Span A is crossing with Senkou Span B with arrows:

If we apply it to template/chart so it will be more visually inderstandable about sell or buy trades to be confirmed:

This system works in case of high impacted news time too:

- IchimokuSystem_v1.4 600 indicator is on this post. This is improved candle/price version of Span A/Span B crossing (this version works with Metatrader 4 build 600 and above). Updated template with using this indicator is on this post.

But if we updated this system (see previous post) with #Soho_Ichi_Average_v1 indicator from here so we can get more clear results (the template is attached).

Ichimoku indicator was created many years ago especially for stock market, and after that only thjis indicator was implemented to the forum. Yes, it should work for DAX in more effective way than for the forum.

There are 6 signals provided by Ichimoku indicator (some of the signals/lines are drawing "to the future" on the chart):

• from very fast non-lagging signals (but with mane false signals) - example with Tenkan line/Kijun line crossing,
• to very strong signals which are valid with more than 60% of the probability (not many false signals) but lagging (example with Chinkou Span line/price crossing.

So, if we want to get strong valid signals - we may use highier timeframe to reduce this lagging (strong valid signals are always lagging). But for small timeframes - we can use Tenkan line/Kijun line crossing.

The future with Ichimoku indicator is the following: if the price is turning to some other direction so some signals will appear (on the chart). Because many signals are just "price crossing with some line".

Thanks NewDigital. I'll read up on how to use and apply Ichimoku and I'll test it on the DAX and see how good and reliable it is.

Just an example with DAX:

• Tenkan (red line) is above Kijun (blue line) which is indicating the uptrend (this Tenkan/Kijun signal is very fast and non-lagging but weak one).
• The price is located above Ichimoku cloud (means: bullish market condition).
• Chinkou Span line (green line on the left of the chart) is located above the price indicating the ranging condition or the correction (by the direction of this line).
• Support line at 10,528 is located near and above Ichimoku cloud (above the cloud is everything for bullish, below the cloud is everything for bearish) so if the price breaks this support level to below - the bearish reversal will be started. If the price is inside the cloud so this price is ranging (from one border of the cloud to the other one). So, it will be ranging bearish reversal.
• If the price breaks 10.803 resistance so the bullish trend will be resumed with 10,823 target.
