Tenkan Kijun Senkou Span Trading system

This is very interesting trading system - I named it as Tenkan Kijun Senkou Span B Trading system. The system is based on 1 indicator only: Ichimoku (other indicators are optional ones).

The big advantages of this system is the the following: we can take market condition on lower timeframe without switching the charts to more higher timeframe. I mean: we may use same chart for trading and for market condition checking.

I traded this setup for few weeks and it works (I will repeat my trading with uploading trading results on this thread just to see how it works for now).

    The files attached:

    1. Ichimoku indicator
    2. MaksiGen_Range_Move mtf 2 indicator
    3. tenkan_kijun_senkoub.tpl - this is template file

    How to install:

    • Place 2 indicators in indicator's folder (for example, to C:\Program Files\Alpari MT4\experts\indicators)
    • Place template file (tenkan_kijun_senkoub.tpl) to template folder (for example, to C:\Program Files\Alpari MT4\templates)

    • Updated template with IchimokuSystem_v1 indicator is on this post.
    • Updated template for this system with using the latest IchimokuSystem_v1.4 600+ indicator is on this post to download.

Q: What is Senkou Span B (white color line on the image in previous post)?
R: It is one of the border of Ichimoku cloud.

Q: Why we need this line in this system? What is significance with this line?
R: Because this line is the border between bullish and bearish primary trend: if price is above this line - bullish (uptrend), below - bearush (downtrend).

Q: Just one line can separate the chart onto bullish and bearish area?
    R: Yes

    Hi Gus4x,

I edited first post of this thread with 2 indicators and 1 template file, and edited this thread trading forum wiki for new manual system.
Yes, I traded it for M1 timeframe but it is basicly for M1 and M5 (M5 is more reliable timeframe for this system).

    Trading rules are very easy:

    - Tenkan line (red color) may be "fast line"
    - Kijun line (blue color) may be acted as "slow line"
    - White line (Senkou Span B) is divided the chart onto 2 zones: buy area (above the line) and sell area (below the line).

Trading with red-color-line/blue-color-line crossing. On the same way as using 1 MA indicators. But white line is acting as the filter. For example, if we see the crossing of those 2 lines (on close bar of course) for sell so we may open sell trade only if this crossing was happened below white line (inside sell zone).

It is good system to know the market condition in quick way (for example - if we do not have time to analyze many charts etc) - we can open the chart, right mouse click on any place on the chart - select 'Template' - select our template and everything will be loaded. And we will easy analyse about the price: it si in sell zone (bearush as primary trend), or in buy zone (bullish). It is the most quick way to know the market condition.

    .
it's unclear... are you saying: place a buy (market order) when the crossover or the red and blu line (red over blu) happens over the white line ? if so why we need 2 orders? buy stop and sell stop?

and so please confirm which orders to use.. market orders or limit order or stop orders?

please explain in a different way, and with some screenshot that shows real orders, not only stop orders...

    how to use the MaksiGen_Range_Move mtf 2.mq4 with IchimokuSystem_v1.2 600+.mq4 ?

When red color line is crossing the blue line - it is for arrow but only if the crossing is confirmed by white color line.
For white color line: about this line is for buy to confirmed, below this line - sell confirmed.

It may be good to see some EA or semi-automatic EA for this system.

For MT4 and for MT5 as well.

    Why for MT5 'as well'?
Because strategy tested for MT5 is very advanced, and it is very easy to find the settings for any EA using MT5 strategy tested to optimize the settings (MT5 strategy tester is having Cloud to speed up all the calculation during the optimization for example).

Once we find the settings in MT5 (for MT5 EA version) so we can use EA (MT4 version) for trading.
    Just an idea.

    Thanks newdigital.

    I can see that:
    - Tenkan line (red color) is similar to 10 SMA.
    - Kijun line (blue color) is similar to 20 SMA.
    - White line (Senkou Span B) is similar to 100 SMA.

Do you think that we can have some advantage using Ichimoku?
    How do you use MaskiGen_Range_Move?

    I will appreciate your help.
