I came across Roboforex offer free VPS to their clients, but with some terms and conditions.

In my opinion even if we can't fullfill the 3 standard lots trade and have to pay $5 monthly fee still worth it.

The service is free but available only at the level of funds (Equity) on your trading account exceeding 300 USD (excluding active bonuses) or its equivalent in another currency.

To use the service, the client has to perform on their trading accounts the number of transactions equal to at least 3 standard lots. Trading volume on CFD instruments, including CFDs on US stocks, cryptocurrencies, and cryptoindexes, is not taken into account. In case of insufficient trading volume, a client has the right to use the “VPS server” service by paying a monthly fee in the amount of 5 USD. To pay for the service, you must go to the “VPS” page of your Members Area and choose “Renew” or “Renew automatically”.

If access to the VPS-server is received after the 15th of the month, the turnover accounting will be carried out from the 1st of the next calendar month.

In case the transaction volume on the client’s trading accounts over the calendar month is insufficient, the VPS server will be disabled. To re-enable the service, the client has to not only fulfill the requirements for the Equity (300 USD) but also the requirements for the transaction volume of at least 3 lots without time limits (calculation of the transaction volume starts with the month the service was disabled and continues in the following months).

Just some more Try Cloud Computing Free with AWS Free Tier - and read this post as a suggestion for example.

Amazon web services of AWS free tier still available for new customers. I've just signed up and now available for me 12 months of usage any of their cloud services.

So i go to select AWS EC2 instance, and i think T2-Micro still ok for running Metatrader 4. The free tier EC2 can let user run the server for 750 hours per month, freely. If above the hours usage Amazon will charge accordingly with hourly rate.

After all the configurations done, i launched the instance and login via my local PC using RDP.

Then install 2 copy of MT4.

Initially i want to use data center at New York but unfortunately all the T2-Micro instances not available for NY. So i went to London DC.
