Chvrches and PJ Harvey have been added to the bill of the 2016 Open'er Festival. Headliners announced for the fest are Red Hot Chili Peppers and Florence + the Machine. Chvrches are streaming their latest, Every Open Eye, ahead of its release on September 25. The follow-up to 2013's The Bones of What You Believe is now available at NPR.org.
