    U.S. Weekly Jobless Claims Show Modest Decrease

    First-time claims for U.S. unemployment benefits saw a modest decrease in the week ended April 2nd, according to a report released by the Labor Department on Thursday.

    The chart was made using Metatrader 5 with Brainwashing Original Ichi trading system (this trading system is attached to the post as zip archive for example).

    U.S. Producer Price Growth Accelerates In March

    After yesterday's report showing a jump in U.S. consumer prices, the Labor Department released a report on Wednesday showing U.S. producer prices also surged in the month of March. The Labor Department said its producer price index for final demand shot up by 1.4 percent in March after advancing by an upwardly revised 0.9 percent in February.

    U.S. Consumer Confidence Edges Lower In May

    A report released by the Conference Board on Tuesday showed a modest decrease in U.S. consumer confidence in the month of May. The Conference Board said its consumer confidence index dipped to 106.4 in May from an upwardly revised 108.6 in April.

    U.S. Existing Home Sales Drop In May

    The National Association of Realtors released a report on Tuesday showing another steep drop in U.S. existing home sales in the month of May. NAR said existing home sales plunged by 3.4 percent to an annual rate of 5.41 million in May after slumping by 2.6 percent to a revised rate of 5.60 million in April. Existing home sales fell for the fourth consecutive month.

    U.S. Durable Goods Orders Climb More Than Expected

    New orders for U.S. manufactured durable goods increased by more than expected in the month of May, according to a report released by the Commerce Department on Monday. The report showed durable goods orders climbed by 0.7 percent in May after rising by 0.4 percent in April. Economists had expected orders to inch up by 0.1 percent.

    New orders for U.S. manufactured goods showed a significant increase in the month of June, according to a report released by the Commerce Department on Wednesday. The report showed factory orders shot up by 2.0 percent in June after surging by an upwardly revised 1.8 percent in May.

    U.S. Labor Productivity Continues To Tumble In Q2

    A report released by the Labor Department on Tuesday showed U.S. labor productivity continued to slump in the second quarter of 2022, while labor costs continued to soar. The Labor Department said labor productivity tumbled by 4.6 percent in the second quarter after plummeting by a revised 7.4 percent in the first quarter.
