Why don't you guys sell it at mql5.com marketplace for US$18 or so? If that is the price for the premium subscription and to download it... I am really not interested in subscriptions, I just wanted the indicator.

Minimum price for MQL5 Market place is US$30 according to their rules here -

The minimum price of a paid Product that can be offered through the Market service is $30.

As to UniVolumeDelta indicator so there are many versions (for MT4 and MT5), and the author is Igorad, and he may decide: what to sell.

• Because premium section subscription is the payment for the entrance to commercial/paid part of the forum. Entrance fee only (of course, the subscribers will get everything for free but there is the entrance fee for the premium, US$19 for one month).
• And the selling the indicators/EAs/software is something different (different business sorry) which we are not doing it on the forum sorry; in case of buying something - I am sugesting to use MQL5 Market.
