I have made an attemp to modify this indicator. I have added the enum feature. it make appearance clearer and coding simpler.

I am not a big coder, I think the indicator work properly, it look so, but readers wait for a confirmation, of igorad, or someone else, before using it, please.

This is AllAverages_v3.2 renamed AllAverages_600

(third attempt, 2 bug fixed already )

Nice simplification, but can you change the default order of the coloring settings as it was originally? So 1. down 2. up 3. even? Or make such a version too?
