Can you make mid point indicator but when click higher than H1 timeframe, all the plotted lines will be hidden or indicator disable?
mid point is middle of the intraday's high & low /2 & the line resets daily. The behavior of midpoint is when the the intraday range breaks newer high, the midpoint line will move higher and vice versa

Also I'm looking for an indicator that plot lines of the first opening 60 minute session high & low of the day & make it disappear/disabled when click higher than H1 timeframe

This indicator is suppose to have the buy arrow below bar (B) and should be looking to buy at the dash line [1 pip above the high of bar (B)]
If price does not touch dash line and price goes lower then false signal, buy arrow can come off, if price touches dash line then is a valid signal and arrow stays on.

& please also add countback bars function also.

here he uses among other indicators Keltner Channels with ATR, probably the modified version by Linda Bradford Raschke.

i attached to this post a custom Keltner indicator but it doesn't seem so smooth like the one in A. Grimes image.
the attached indicator seems more choppy ...
is the attached indicator fault or Adam Grimes uses some other Keltner indicator ?

Good evening, I have to give my compliments to the fantastic forum. I was wondering if it was possible to reproduce ( in Metatrader 4) this old Italian TS in vogue until 2007, utilized in the Italian market shares and also on cross euro dollar.
I attach the TS images that ran on Amibroker and Tradestation. Thank you

I think this looks like the Envelopes Breakout system. So please take a look at the latest version of the AllTrendEnvelopes indicator.

Hi, actually the idea is the same, but in the case of the Italian system, I'll explain how it was done:
- Data Initialization (the Trading System MTF): period time frame on which are performed the calculations of the curves that are printed
on the price chart.
- Selected sampling period for calculating volatility Vidya
- Vidya calculation performed on upperband and lowerband of price candles.
- Calculating average type T3 on 2 vidya (upper and lower)
- Printing graphic prices
buy and sell on candle close above or below the band is printed. The median of the two curves is used as alert.
I am attaching the script of this TS.
Let me know if you can take it with MetaTrader 4. I have also seen that in AllAverages_v4.3 600+ missing the average Vidya.
