As to BrainTrending EA so there are 2 kinds of stop loss:

StopLossMode = 1; // 0-off,1-BT1,2-BT2
TrailStopMode = 1; // 0-off,1-BT1,2-BT2

EA can be downloaded from this thread and you can open it in MetaEditor to see the comments about stop loss.
