    Neil Young has released his new song "Indian Givers" in protest of the Dakota Access Pipeline, according to Rolling Stone. Young has also released a music video of the track, which sees him singing the song while driving in his car. There are also clips of the recent protests against the pipeline.

    Kendrick Lamar honored Snoop Dogg at the 2016 BET Hip Hop Awards, according to Rap-Up.com. The "King Kunta" rapper presented Snoop with the I Am Hip-Hop honor at the awards show that took place on Saturday, September 17. "He mastered the game through tests and challenges that earned him the respect of a college professor, except his game came from the streets," said Lamar.

    Bakong is the first temple mountain of sandstone constructed by rulers of the Khmer empire at Angkor near modern Siem Reap in Cambodia. In the final decades of the 9th century AD, it served as the official state temple of King Indravarman I in the ancient city of Hariharalaya, located in an area that today is called Roluos.
