CurrencyStrengthHistory indicator for CFD symbols

CurrencyStrengthHistory_v2.1 600+ indicator was created for Premium Trading Forum. This is the CurrencyStrengthHistory indicator with MTF feature and alerts as well as the new important options:
- it can plot the CFD symbols and separate currency pair strength (useFxPairs=false);
- the new calculation methods added: % change to previous range and Z-score;
- plot any number of levels as shown on the screenshot.
