You can use Winrar (download from here) or Winzip, or 7-Zip (download from here) to archive those files for uploading to the forum for example.

I use the Metatrader 509.
Because
Some of my indicators are old and do not work in versions of 600 +.
Please Upload! IN10TION NewsReader v09.99v lite: clocks issue fixed for me.

Use metatrader build 600++, Metaquotes have warned that older build will not be support anymore.

The news reader on my MT4 build 670, news updated with no problem.
