The indicator is loaded csv every week. This file is related to investing.com (it means - this file was made by investing.com for the countries they want to see on the file).
Indicator is placed this file in files/folder of Metatrader's directory to use it (every week).

That is why - we can see some news on their webpage, but we can not see some news events on their csv file.

As to historical data ... for backtesting?
It is better to use NewsTrader EA for backtesting the news events (there is NewsTrader EA on the forum).

The file is updated all the time (especially - when you attach indicator to the chart.
But I do not remember the periodicity now sorry.

I am using the countries they included in csv file, besides - I can use filter (to filter the countries) in the calendar indicator.
