DailyFX History folder? I am not sure but I think it is used for backtesting only (quotes from the first post of the thread):

This EA can be backtested and optimized if the input parameter LoadFromFile = true. In this case files from the attached DailyFX History.zip should be unpacked and placed in ../tester/files directory. Also you should set proper value for the TimeZone parameter(UseAutoTimeZone = false) and the parameter ReadFromFile should be true.

I just checked: no any alert about those indicators with updated template here.

Important: Please re-download the version 5.98 once again because a minor bug was fixed.

i just wanted to know that do you start this ea right before news or you just leave it on for 24x5 because i noticed that it trade even non related news too...for example EURUSD trade when there is gbp news...so in your template does this prevent or we have to start the ea right before the news?

I think it is loaded by the EA to ...\MQL4\Files\DailyFX News (automatically loaded).
That is why EA is trading for example:

Same with DailyFX Economic Calendar indicator - it is automatically loaded to to ...\MQL4\Files\DailyFX News
