Rick Ross has shared a pic of fellow rapper Meek Mill in jail. Meek was sentenced to three to six months in July for violating the terms of his probation. "Meek in da building all OG's roun'm #FreeMeekMill," Rozay posted to Twitter. One shot shows Mill wearing a grey sweatsuit and smiling while leaning against a wall, while another sees him having lunch in the prison yard.

Nicki Minaj will host the 20th annual MTV European Music Awards in Glasgow, Scotland this November. The "Anaconda" singer hit Twitter to announce the news, saying, "So excited to announce that I will not only perform, but I have the honorable task of HOSTING this year's #MTVEMA!" She's also been nominated in four categories at the awards.

R.E.M. have announced the release of a new box set called REMTV. The six-CD set chronicles the band's appearances on MTV. The first disc combines both of the group's performances on MTV Unplugged (1991 and 2001) and features the outtakes that debuted earlier this year on the audio release Unplugged: The Complete 1991 And 2001 Sessions.

Stephen Coronel, a songwriter on a number of hits for KISS, is now facing child *****graphy charges. Coronel, who contributed to the writing of "Goin' Blind" from 1974's Hotter Than Hell and "She" from 1975's Dressed to Kill, was arrested in Beaufort County, South Carolina on September 26.

Before getting the tattoo done, the "Applause" singer posted a video, saying to her fans, "Uh Oh . . . it's time monsters. Paws Up. The first official trailer for Lifetime's upcoming Aaliyah biopic has been released. Iggy Azalea's song, "Goddess," plays in the background as the soundtrack to the Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B trailer. One of the scenes in the trailer sees a producer sitting back in his chair, saying, "she's gonna be huge," referring Aaliyah.

Blake Shelton has released the music video for the title track, "Bringing Back the Sunshine," from his latest album. The setting for the country singer's new video is in his hometown of Ada, Oklahoma. Shelton never actually makes an appearance in the video. Most of the footage looks as if it's from the passenger seat behind a windshield of a car.
