Aerosmith guitarist Brad Whitford says he'd like the band to record its next album "live" in the studio. Whitford noted that the group's 2012 album Music from Another Dimension was hampered by production techniques and thinks that Aerosmith needs to get back to basics. "I said, 'Let's go record this the same way we recorded Toys In The Attic and Rocks.'"

Wiz Khalifa has released the music video for "King of Everything." In the vid, Wizzy escapes the cops riding a skateboard and lamps with his Taylor Gang. The visual also features a lion. "Young rich n***a smoking weed when I wanna," Khalifa raps on the chorus of the Cozmo and ID Labs-produced cut.

Queen's Brian May has posted a lengthy tribute to the late Ian 'Lemmy' Kilmister, the Motorhead frontman who passed away recently after a short battle with aggressive cancer. "Words don't come easy, especially when you know Lemmy would have laughed at us all trying to say dignified things about him being a hero," May wrote on his website alongside a number of photos.

Kenny Chesney makes an appearance in the newest ad for the Apple Music service. The new ad follows Chesney on a "day in the life" of his No Shoes Nation tour. He is seen walking the grounds of a stadium the day before a show and even getting in a workout. The ad comes at a busy time for Chesney, who is doing some extra good this holiday season by helping find bone marrow donor matches.

The track, titled "Never Had No One Ever" appeared earlier this week on the site Morrissey-solo.com and was allegedly recorded as part of the sessions for the album The Queen Is Dead. The newly released rarity comes at a fruitful time for Smiths fans.

Natalie Cole, the daughter of Nat King Cole, has died at the age of 65. The singer's publicist Maureen O'Connor announced the unfortunate news and said the cause of death was due to congestive heart failure. Cole is best known for her 1991 hit Grammy-winning album Unforgettable: With Love.

Foo Fighters' Greatest Hits, released in 2009, has officially become the band's sixth million-selling record to date, with its total sales standing at 1,009,000, according to Billboard. According to Billboard, the band's 1997 release, The Colour and the Shape, has sold 1.9 million copies, while In Your Honor (2005) has sold 1.5 million.
