I am looking for an indicator that triggers an alert when price touches a line or level i draw on a chart. The indicator must include email and push notifications.
Could anyone guide me where I can find one - for MT4 and MT5?

I found some tools in MQL5 CodeBase:

• Trend Lines Crossing - indicator for MetaTrader 5
  

  It can be used as with hand-created trend lines, also with the lines created automatically using any other instrument. The indicator itself does not draw any lines, its purpose is to inform about the prices of the available trend lines and price crossing.

• The signal lines with alert after crossing - indicator for MetaTrader 4
  and -
• TrendLine Touch Alert - indicator for MetaTrader
• and you can search it by yourself on CodeBase using this link.

If you need something more (advanced, or more specific, or fix/improve, or something different) - let me know, and I will ask Igorad to code it.

Thank you ND. The lines for both MT4 and MT5 are not properly configured. One issue is they are not able to send email or push notifications. The MT4 version needs a mechanism to attach it to a drawn line. Further assistance would be appreciated.
