NETELLER is not payment system for this forum engine (vbulletin).
Paypal was already installed by default for vbulletin, and it is automatically related to subscription/unsubscription in case of paypal.

The other system (which was already installed by default) is 2Checkout but it is very similar with paypal (2Checkout and paypal are in competition with each other).

Authorize.Net and Worldpay may be expensive for this kind of subscription.

The other systems (Webmoney, NETELLER, Qiwi, ePayments, Perfect Money, AdvCash and more) are not integrated inside this vbulletin forum engine, and some of them are very "difficult" to be used in case of the company business for example.

I am thinking about 2Checkout as an alternative to paypal but 2Checkout is almost same system with paypal ... (2Checkout is accepting paypal and credit/debit cards).

MetaQuotes (mql5) is multinational corporation having offices in many countries. They can install as may getaway payments as they want. If they (MetaQuotes, GazProm, Microsoft, and so on) do something wrong one time and tax department officer will come to them so they will pay a fine, say 'sorry', and everything will be fine.

Brokers? Some of them are registered in offshores (Belize and so on). If they do something wrong one time so no any tax department officer will come to them because some of them are offshore companies with zero taxation for example.

    --------------------------

But small companies and medium sized companies (working legally) may have the problems in case of any public illegal situation.
Are you asking to pay by NETELLER here on the forum? Is it public question?

    --------------------------

Besides, the brokers made their own websites by themselves installing many getaway payment systems hoping to get mass payment from many clients.
And we are having just few getaway payment systems for this licenced vbulletin which were already pre-installed (hoping to get just some payment; not for mass payment).

I remember one joke story (one woman is talking about her husband):

    -----------------

I can not go for shopping with him - he is always telling them the answer.
He asks: "I certainly can not buy cigarettes if I'm not 21 years old?".
They answer: "Of course you can not."

He asks: "I am sure you do not have today's newspapers this morning?"
They reply: "Yes, you are right - we do not have it now."

And they are so happy to reply ...
I can not go for shopping with him - he constantly tells them what to reply.

As to me personally so I can not withdraw money from mql5 so you may need to speak with Igorad (as I understand he as a mq4/mq5 coder is having much more possibilities than I as mql5 forum moderator for example).

    ---------------------

    1. So, speak with Igorad, or
    2. We may install 2Checkout in addition to paypal (2Checkout is taking credit/debit cards without paypal so it may be any your credit/debit card from your home bank for example).

    Two options ...

But it will take time (at least for one week) and money (small but money) to install 2Checkout.
So, if few members will want to pay by credit/debit cards without paypal so we can install this 2Checkout.

If someone will want to pay for premium by credit/debit cards (without paypal) issued by your local bank for example - tell it here, and we may finish installation of 2Checkout (because 2Checkout is already pre-installed by default).
And it will be two options in this case:
    • by paypal, and
    • by Visa/MarterCard without paypal.
