A U.S. district court judge quoted lyrics from Taylor Swift while tossing out a plagiarism lawsuit against the singer. R&B singer Jesse Graham recently filed a $42m lawsuit against Swift, arguing that her 2014 hit single "Shake It Off" ripped off one of his songs. Queen with Adam Lambert will be the close-out headliner for the 2016 Isle of Wight festival. It is the band's only scheduled live show for next year. David Bowie has released a two-minute preview of his upcoming track "Blackstar." The extended teaser is the title track to his upcoming 25th album and the theme to the new TV series The Last Panthers.
