The estate of the late Michael Jackson is in talks with Sony to buy the King of Pop's catalog. A source tells Rolling Stone that Sony ATV will "either become 100 percent owner or divest." Sony, worth an estimated $2 billion and owning the rights to some 750,000 songs, has maintained a 50-50 venture between Jackson since 1995.
