Kurt Cobain's family, Courtney Love and Frances Bean Cobain, are urging a Seattle judge to not authorize the release of his death photos. Seattle Superior Court judge Theresa Doyle will hear arguments from both Love and daughter Frances Bean, as well as from Richard Lee, who runs a local public access television show.
