Jason Aldean was recently hit by a flying beer cup during his show in Wichita, Kansas on Thursday, April 9. While the country singer was in the middle of performing his duet song "Don't You Want to Stay" with Kelly Clarkson, a concertgoer chucked a beer cup, which hit Aldean in the side of the head.

The show took home four honors in all, including Best New Musical, Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor and Outstanding Achievement in Music for its score. During a recent interview with Music Radar, Lukather opened up about his love for Harrison and said the late Mop Top inspired him to play. Brian Johnson singer of AC/DC says there are lots of reminders of mortality around, but he doesn't let it get him down. "At this time of my life, I just keep reading the newspaper and saying 'Oh, my God,'" Johnson recently told the Telegraph. "When I read about Joe Cocker, I went, 'But that's impossible. He cannot be dead. He's only 70.'"

Dave Grohl says that the eldest of his three daughters has become fascinated with vinyl. "I remember introducing her [nine-year old Violet] to vinyl," Grohl told USA Today. "She was really into The Beatles, and I got her this Beatles vinyl boxset. She looked at it and said, 'What is that?' And I said, 'This is Beatles vinyl. These are The Beatles' records.'"

Sly and the Family Stone have announced plans to release a new four-disc set documenting their two-night, four-concert stand at New York City's iconic Fillmore East in 1968. Live at the Fillmore East October 4th & 5th, 1968 includes all four sets from those two nights in their entirety. That "best-of" collection will feature highlights from all four shows as chosen by Roots.
