After recently wrapping up the first leg of the tour on November 22, Musgraves will pick things up in 2016 on January 21 in Dallas, Texas. The 2016 leg of the Country & Western Rhinestone Revue will hit Oklahoma, Nebraska, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and more.

Coldplay have released "Hymn for the Weekend," a cut featuring Beyoncé from the band's latest, A Head Full of Dreams. The tune sees the superstar teaming up with Chris Martin and company for a rousing club number.
"So drink from me, drink from me / When I was so thirsty," sings Bey on the cut. "We're on a symphony / Now I just can't get enough / Put your wings on me, wings on me / When I was so heavy / We're on a symphony / When I'm lower, lower, lower, low."

Demi Lovato has signed on for a performance at this year's annual New Year's Rockin' Eve event. The show will take place in New York's Times Square and will serve as the lead up to the legendary New Year's Eve ball drop. The event is scheduled to air on ABC starting at 8 p.m. on New Year's Eve and this year Lovato will join Wiz Khalifa, Charlie Puth and Luke Bryan.

The Doobie Brothers have added keyboard player Bill Payne as an official member of their touring band. Payne will join the Doobies as they kick off their 2016 tour with Journey. "Having played on many of their albums, and spent time on the road with them over the years, it is an absolute honor to be in the band," said Payne in a presser.

Former Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland has died at the age of 48. An official statement reveals that he had died in his sleep. Weiland was due to perform at the Medina Entertainment Center in Minnesota with his band Scott Weiland & the Wildabouts. The show was cancelled earlier in the evening, and his body was discovered on his bus.

Adele has added dates to her U.K. arena tour in Manchester, London, and Birmingham in order to satisfy the "phenomenal demand." Tickets for the first batch of dates sold out immediately on December 4, prompting promoters to push for more performances. Organizers for Adele's Glasgow's SSE Hydro, for instance, said tickets for the 13,000 seat venue sold out in under two minutes.

Steven Tyler cut the umbilical cord of his grandson - Sailor Gene - who was born to his daughter Liv Tyler in February of this year. Liv dished during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, saying that her dad showed up to the hospital where she was rushed in after going in to labor six weeks early. "He kinda walked in just before everything happened," she began.
