Yury Reshetov is the coder who was specializing on the EAs working on open bar.
I mean - almost all EAs in the world are based on close bar trading (except some tick scalpers for example):

But he was the first coder who were making normal non-scalping EAs to be based on open bar (this open bar is continuing painting so ... as we do not know really buy or sell so he was using some mathematics to estimate the probability).
