Willie Nelson and Neil Young will headline the inaugural Outlaw Music Festival as it gets underway in Scranton, Pennsylvania this fall. As per usual, Nelson will be joined by his Family Band, while Young is backed by Promise of the Real, featuring Nelson's sons Lukas and Micah Nelson.
