Following a rumor that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani were seen holding hands at a Halloween party, reps for the two have confirmed that they are in a relationship. TMZ writes that they've been together "just days" and wanted to announce the news at the CMA Awards, although that plan didn't come to fruition.
