Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers have released "American Dream Plan B," the lead single from their upcoming album, Hypnotic Eye. The cut is currently streaming via SoundCloud. Speaking with Rolling Stone, Petty says he knew he had something special with the song immediately: "I said [to the Heartbreakers] 'Listen, I think we have something here . . ."
