A U.S. district court judge quoted lyrics from Taylor Swift while tossing out a plagiarism lawsuit against the singer. R&B singer Jesse Graham recently filed a $42m lawsuit against Swift, arguing that her 2014 hit single "Shake It Off" ripped off one of his songs.
