There is indicator (AllAverages Guppy_v3.2 600+) on this thread here which was coded by Igorad (but without alert).
I've sent PM to Igorad about your request for alert version (but he may be busy...

As far as I see - there are G#MACD MTF Alerts from this post and GuppyCountBack_Stop_v1.0 600+ indicator with alerts from this post.

As far as I understand - this is Cyrox. I found some links with the discussion about how to use it:
