I attached here again the necessary indicators, make sure to put it under indicator folder in your MT4, and template AP 2015 New in your template folder. Everything should be working ok.

ZUP indicator doesn't display the XABCD symbol by default. As i remember only HWAFM tool can do it, and the HWAFM tool is for metatrader 5 platform only.
