Lana Del Rey has already video of Ariana Grande, and will release a collaboration with her and Miley Cyrus later this week as a tie-in to the new Charlie’s Angels reboot. On Monday, Lana took her fandom a step further and covered Grande’s “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored” at the BBC Live Lounge.



Sitting casually in an office chair and reading the lyrics off her cherry-covered iPhone, Del Rey brought her sultry voice to Grande’s cheeky anthem. Pre-recorded backing vocals added to the mystique of the track, fitting in nicely with the vocal layering found on Del Rey’s new album Norman Fucking Rockwell.

Beyoncé and ABC surprised fans Sunday with the announcement of Making the Gift, a behind-the-scenes special documenting the making of her recent The Lion King companion album The Gift.

Like the surprise arrivals of Beyoncé’s self-titled album, the Carters’ Everything Is Love and her Homecoming special, Beyoncé Presents: Making the Gift arrives with little warning: The special will air Monday night at 10 p.m. following Dancing With the Stars on ABC, or “ABeyC” as the network branded itself Sunday.

Rihanna has announced her first “visual autobiography,” Rihanna, a 504-page book containing more than 1,000 photos documenting the pop star and her life (many of them never-before-seen). It will be published by Phaidon.

“From her childhood in Barbados to her worldwide tours, from quintessential fashion moments to private time with friends and family, the book showcases intimate photographs of her life as a musician, performer, designer, and entrepreneur,” reads a press statement for the book.

Lady Gaga has made new physical copies of her 2013 album Artpop available for preorder, only this time without the original album’s R. Kelly collaboration, “Do What U Want.”

The new vinyl and CD versions of Artpop are listed on Gaga’s website, due out November 11th, and both versions leave the single “Do What U Want” off the tracklist. An older vinyl version of Artpop that includes “Do What U Want” is still featured on the website, but is listed as “sold out.”

The Lantern Tour II will get underway in Washington, D.C., Tuesday evening with performers including Emmylou Harris, Jackson Browne, and Steve Earle. A winter 2020 concert in Nashville has been added to the itinerary, with Sheryl Crow and Amy Ray also joining the bill.

The Lantern Tour II will visit the War Memorial Auditorium in Music City on Saturday, January 11th and performers at the show will include Harris, Crow, Jerry Douglas, Earle, Buddy and Julie Miller and Amy Ray. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, November 8th.

Karol G and Nicki Minaj fans were united in shock Thursday night, after the two dropped a surprise new single, “Tusa.”

The title comes from a Colombian slang term for the heartache one experiences after a breakup. Still, Nicki and Karol don’t sweat it — in both English and Spanish, they promote the benefits of partying away the pain. “Se cansó de ser buena/Ahora es ella quien los usa,” sings Karol G. “She got tired of being good/Now it is she who uses them.”

On Wednesday, Lady Antebellum gave a standout performance at the CMA Awards when they partnered with Halsey to sing their current single “What If I Never Get Over You” and “Graveyard.” Earlier this morning, they celebrated the release of their new album Ocean on Today and reprised “What If I Never Get Over You” for the viewing audience.

Unlike the somber, stripped-down reading of the song on the CMA Awards, Lady Antebellum’s Today performance of “What If I Never Get Over You” is a full-band affair that chugs along on the same sturdy rhythm as Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers’ “Learning to Fly.” The vocal chemistry between singers Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott provides the dramatic tension for the tale of heartbreak and unresolved feelings, building to an emotional peak as it enters the final chorus.

Ariana Grande gave a ringing endorsement of Vermont senator and presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders on Twitter Wednesday afternoon.

The pop star shared two photos of her posing with Sanders and giving him a hug. “MY GUY. thank you Senator Sanders for coming to my show, making my whole night and for all that you stand for !” Grande wrote. “@headcountorg and i are doing our best to make you proud. we’ve already registered 20k+ young voters at my shows alone. also i will never smile this hard again promise.”

Beyoncé showed up in style at a recent screening of Queen & Slim, directed by Melina Matsoukas, who previously worked with the singer on several music videos, including "Formation."

In a trio of posts on Instagram on Saturday (Nov. 30), Beyoncé shared a series of photos of herself wearing an olive green mini dress, snakeskin boots (channeling the film's character of Queen, played by Jodie Turner-Smith) and long, dangling earrings. She carried a matching green purse with the letter "B."

The singer-songwriter talks to the Pop Shop Podcast about getting "emotionally & physically" over a relationship on her new single "Kissing Other People."

Last month, Lennon Stella gave her fans a mini-heart attack when she started a tweet with: "also thought you should know I am very pregnant." For those who stopped reading after those nine words ("Yeah, there was a lot of people that thought I was actually pregnant," Stella laughed to Billboard in a new interview with the Pop Shop Podcast; listen below), the rest of the tweet reads: "...with an album baby and i'm about to pop. ... three…two...one here we go 2020."

The 20-year-old singer/songwriter -- who has been in the public eye since her 2012 debut on the ABC series Nashville and as part of a viral-video duo with her sister in Lennon & Maisy -- is finally ready to release her debut album next year and formally introduce herself as an adult solo star. Over the past few months, she's been super busy on the road with The Chainsmokers and 5 Seconds of Summer, but once that wraps up, she's focusing entirely on the album.
