How the market reacts to economic releases is generally determined by two factors:
How important the market considers a particular release to be.

How important the market considers a particular economic release to be, is something that changes over time depending on what is happening from a US Dollar fundamentals standpoint. I am continuing to evaluate and to forecast the pairs at year-end. Some pairs were already estimated for year-end value which as GBPUSD, EURUSD, USDJPY as well as Crude Oil and S&P 500. So, let's start to forecast the value of Silver (XAG/USD) price at year-end using simple technical analysis tools:
support and resistance lines, and
Simple Moving Averages indicator (which is standard indicator in Metatrader 4 and Metatrader 5)
As we see from the charts below (W1 timeframe and MN1 timeframe for XAG/USD) - 14.36 is the key support level for this pair for both timeframes. On W1 timeframe - the price is located below 100 SMA and below 200 SMA for primary bearish market condition trying to break 15.26 support level on close W1 bar to go to 14.67 support to be broken in the future for the bearish trend to be continuing. And next target is 14.36 as November last year low. The last target is 14.00 psychological level.

Stock market in the U.S. was boosted by robust earnings reports and optimism about Greek developments. Better than expected quarterly results from Halliburton and Morgan Stanley which came out before the open bell Monday also backed the market.

US Dollar - "Dollar can certainly drift higher. However, there are external forces that may divert trajectory or leverage velocity. The movement of the Greenback’s largest counterparts can certainly prove strong motivation. Despite finding relief from the pressure of impending doom for Greece, the Euro has still stumbled. Should it turn to outright selling, the Dollar will likely reap much of the benefit. And, of course, if general risk trends start to flounder, the Dollar will certainly surge on the haven demand."

Huawei is ready to battle Alibaba Aliyun cloud service. Huawei's CEO Xu Zhijun told the company would launch public cloud services within two weeks. Xu said in April that Huawei wants to provide customers with a complete cloud service solution. Huawei will also provide related solutions to carriers; meanwhile, the company will continue to cooperate with other carriers in the overseas market and provide public cloud solutions to them.
Alibaba Aliyun service is having more than two years ago history, and it has quickly built around China. China's laws limit foreign players in the cloud computing sector, so companies like Amazon and Rackspace are limited in any sizable piece.
