Сhanges in trading hours during Christmas and New Year holidays

Dear traders,
Please pay attention to some changes in trading hours during Christmas and New Year holidays from December 24th, 2015 to January 4th, 2016.
December 24th - early close at 20:00;
December 25th - market is closed for Christmas Day;
December 28th, 29th, 30th - trading is performed during normal trading hours;
December 31st - early close at 20:00; option trading is not available this day;
January 1st - market is closed for New Year's Day;
January 4th - trading is performed during normal trading hours.
Besides, from December 23rd, 2015 to January 4th, 2016, the company reserves the right to limit new deals opening on such groups of financial instruments as ForexCrosses 4 and 5. However, traders can close already opened deals on a regular basis.

InstaForex takes part in ShowFx World exhibition in Kiev again

InstaForex took part in the international exhibition in Kiev –the capital of Ukraine - on December 19 - 20, 2015. The hall of Hyatt Regency Kiev hotel has already become a traditional site for business meeting and communication.

InstaForex specialists and analysts held several seminars and workshops. The guests got an opportunity to hear the reports, learn about new strategies, and acquaint themselves with the forecasts of experts in forex trading: Sergey Belyaev, Alexander Davydov and Mikhail Makarov.

The December exhibition in Kiev held more surprises for the guests. More than 600 guests received bonus accounts with $30 balance; three money certificates, two cell phones Samsung Galaxy and iPhone 5s as well as iPad Air were raffled.

But there were even more surprises from InstaForex – the broker announced the new contest launch. Dakar 2016: cheer for InstaForex Loprais Team

Dakar Rally 2016 started on January 2 in Buenos Aires. The route passes on Argentine and Bolivian territory and it has already become a real test for InstaForex Loprais Team. The Argentina's weather is not helping race participants – raging storms forced organizers to cut the distance of special stages and the third stage of the truck standings has been cut because of the failed ground.

Ales Loprais and his team have to overcome almost 9000 km along south american continent and then the trucks caravan will finish in Argentinean city Rosario. Due to Peru quitted the list of Dakar participating countries the new route was created which will force racers to change their way of managing. Less dunes and more piloting stages are waiting for InstaForex Loprais Team on their way to victory.

About the middle of the race on January 10, participants will gather in Salta for the resting day. But the time in Salta is not only the rest. The team will have to conduct a full service and equipment repairing, pilots have to sleep well and take a course to Rosario with a new strength. The last 6 stages will be held in the foothills of the Andes where racers will overcome sandy dunes, gravel stages and winding hilly tracks.

I wonder what spread for majors does your company offer?

Hi Santa! InstaForex uses fixed spreads on all trading instruments except for the EUR/GBP and EUR/CHF pairs. At the moment floating spread is applied to them. From 22:00 to 10:00 UTC+03:00 spread can be increased up to 5 pips. Spread is broker's fee for transaction and it is defined by market conditions the company works in. In connection with increasing spreads of company's contractors, the spread on the EUR/GBP and EUR/CHF pairs transactions were transferred to floating ones. However, during the daytime spread on these currency pairs is 3 points. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

InstaForex informs you of changes in trading hours

On May 30, trading hours will be changed due to Memorial Day in the United States and Spring Bank Holiday in the United Kingdom.

At 20:00 (GMT +3) trading on all spot and future contracts on energy and metals will be stopped. Other futures, CFDs on shares and indices (#SPX, #INDU, #COMPQ, #FTSE) will not be available for trading for the whole day.

Trading hours for other instruments will not be affected.

Service of Bancard cards terminated

InstaForex informs its clients that debit Bancard cards are no more supported. All clients can withdraw balance from Bancard cards through such payment systems as SorexPay, Skrill, and STP in the same currency as they deposited an account.

As an alternative to a Bancard card, you can order an InstaForex Benecard card, a prepaid bank card. Make sure you read carefully the terms and conditions before requesting this card.
