The statement came in the form of a court submission filed by Madge on Penn's behalf for his ongoing defamation suit against Empire co-creator Lee Daniels.     Chvrches and PJ Harvey have been added to the bill of the 2016 Open'er Festival. Headliners announced for the fest are Red Hot Chili Peppers and Florence + the Machine. PJ Harvey will perform on June 29, with Florence + the Machine, followed by Red Hot Chili Peppers on June 30 and Chvrches on July 2.
