Chvrches and PJ Harvey have been added to the bill of the 2016 Open'er Festival. Headliners announced for the fest are Red Hot Chili Peppers and Florence + the Machine. Journey singer Arnel Pineda has signed a multi-record deal with Imagen Records. He'll release his debut, Sounds of Christmas on December 18, and a full-length debut in 2016.
