Miley Cyrus and The Flaming Lips have shared the Christmas-themed track "My Sad Christmas Song," taken off of their Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz project. Cyrus shared the song on Christmas Eve with a note to fans, "#MerryF**kingChristmas." Aerosmith guitarist Brad Whitford says he'd like the band to record its next album "live" in the studio. Whitford noted that the group's 2012 album Music from Another Dimension was hampered by production techniques and thinks that Aerosmith needs to get back to basics. Sales of Scott Weiland's music have reportedly skyrocketed in the weeks following his death. The former Stone Temple Pilots rocker was found dead while on tour with his band in Bloomington, Minnesota, on December 3.
