Avril Lavigne has stepped up to defend her estranged husband Chad Kroeger and his oft maligned band Nickelback. The comments came via Twitter after E! News poked fun at the Canadian rockers saying that the only person more hated than the band is GOP presidential front runner Donald Trump.
