Lady Gaga's childhood upright piano is getting set to hit the auction block with a pre-sale estimate of $100,000 to $200,000. The piano was purchased for Gaga by her grandparents for $780 in 1966 and later given to her parents. The piano is being offered at Julien's Auctions' "Music Icons" memorabilia sale at the Hard Rock Cafe New York on May 21.
