Usher and Future have been announced for the 9th Annual Roots Picnic in Philadelphia. Billed as the "biggest Roots Picnic yet," the 23 performances will take place across three stages, with Leon Bridges, DMX, Swizz Beatz, Kehlani, Jidenna, Migos, Lil Dicky and Willow Smith also set to perform.
