More than 20 new titles were introduced yesterday during Nintendo’s first full-length Direct since February. For the first time since before the COVID-19 pandemic, fans were able to watch the event together at Nintendo NY, the brand’s New York City merchandise store. Nintendo’s rapid-fire announcements included some highly anticipated games.

Meta is expected to unveil the much-anticipated Project Cambria headset next month, but there’s not as much mystery now. Someone reportedly left the upcoming Quest 2 successor in a hotel room, which is only slightly worse than leaving it in a bar, a la the iPhone 4. Some images and videos of the device have now been shared online, showing off the new “Meta Quest Pro” ...

Nvidia’s flagship Ada Lovelace GPU is primed for launch at GTC next month, and more benchmarks have leaked out showing what an absolute beast it’s rumored to be. A new benchmark score from Time Spy Extreme aligns with previous leaks, showing the card to be twice as powerful as the RTX 3090. This leak also includes some tantalizing info on clock speeds and full-load temperatures as well.

Valve’s Steam Deck is remarkably friendly to repairs, which is refreshing in this age of disposable electronics. However, if you’re not interested in doing it yourself, Valve has opened its own Steam Deck repair centers. All you have to do is ship your handheld console off to one of these facilities, and it’ll come back good as new.

The Intel PR team is still making the rounds with popular YouTubers, and recent interviews shed some light on the company’s launch plans for its Arc discrete GPUs. The PR duo of Tom Peterson and Ryan Shrout confirmed new details in recent appearances, and stated Intel’s GPUs will launch “very soon.”
