Five Finger Death Punch have been added to the Monster Energy Aftershock Festival. The band will take the stage on the second day of the fest (September 15) at Discovery Park near downtown Sacramento, California. The band, who is co-headlining on the date with Avenged Sevenfold, said they're looking forward to fans hearing their latest LP.

The Fender Stratocaster that Bob Dylan infamously played at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965 is set to hit the auction block. The instrument, which heralded Dylan's electric turn and subsequent backlash from fans, one of whom unceremoniously yelled "Judas" at the singer, is expected to fetch up to $500,000.

Jay-Z has revealed the cover of his forthcoming release Magna Carta Holy Grail. He unveiled the cover in dramatic fashion, showing off the art work alongside the actual Magna Carta document, which is housed at Salisbury Cathedral in England. The cover features two carved-figure stone statues with the rapper's name in bold block lettering.

Beck performed his sheet music-only album, Song Reader, with Jarvis Cocker, Franz Ferdinand and many others on July 4 in London. Beth Orton, Charlotte Gainsbourg, and the Mighty Boosh also got in on the act. Song Reader, a book, is comprised of 108 pages of sheet music that fans can learn to play themselves.

Toby Keith has opened up on his duet plans for the upcoming Oklahoma Twister Relief Concert. The show takes place on July 6 with a host of country's top stars committed to appear. A Japanese seven-inch single of Pink Floyd's last single with Roger Waters, featuring the A-side "Not Now John" and the B-side "Your Possible Pasts," has sold for $3,000 on eBay. The cuts came from the band's 1983 effort The Final Cut. The track, according to Henne Music, "deals with war and criticism of British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher . . ."

Hunter Hayes replaced Demi Lovato at the annual Philadelphia Fourth of July Jam. Lovato was stricken with a case of strep throat, and in the two days before the cancellation was announced she told her fans on Twitter: "Chills + fever + gross looking tonsils . . . = no bueno . . . Mooooommmmmm????!!!!!" She added: "Sucks being so sick when you're alone and away from home."

The Black Keys donated $300 to the West Akron Baseball League's West Akron Black Keys, allowing the young baseball team to buy shirts. According to TMZ, the alt-rockers sponsored their hometown team after a childhood friend reached out to them. The orange t-shirts feature the team's name and autographs from the famous Ohio natives.

Laura Bell Bundy has signed a new record deal with Nashville's Big Machine Group, for which she'll release her latest single, "Two Step," later in July. The track features a guest spot from Colt Ford. Speaking with All Access, label prez Scott Borchetta said Bundy was attractive for her country-dance sound that is sweeping the nation.

Franz Ferdinand have released the music video for "Right Action," the lead single from their upcoming fourth studio album, Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action. The LP hits August 27. The vid, directed by Jonas Odell, who also directed the band's 2005 video "Take Me Out," incorporates elements from a series of textbooks published by Pelikan in the 1950s.
