Kurt And Courtney Documentarian To Make Whitney Houston Doc

The filmmaker behind the Nirvana documentary Kurt and Courtney has announced plans for a new doc about Whitney Houston. Director Nick Broomfield will explore the life and times of Houston in the new film, which is being created in association with BBC2. It was also recently revealed that Bobbi Kristina Brown died of a combination of drugs and water.

Elton John's Private Photo Collection To Go On Display At Tate Modern

"The Radical Eye," a collection of modernist photography belonging to Elton John, will go on display at the Tate Modern in London, beginning November 10, 2016. The exhibit features over 150 pieces from more than 60 artists. "It is a great honor for [husband] David [Furnish] and I to lend part of our collection to Tate Modern for this ground-breaking exhibition," said John.

Dave Grohl fired the latest shot in his ongoing prank war with friend and Survivor host Jeff Probst.
"One time I made the mistake of telling Dave," Probst said. "We just met and I was trying to impress him that I knew something about rock and I said 'You know the original drummer of Queensr˙che was in a band of mine before Queensr˙che.' Since then he'll send me a little video of Queensr˙che on the radio going 'Dude your band's on!'"
