Queen Releases Behind-The-Scenes Video Of Montreux Exhibition
Fans of Queen have made a three part video highlighting the band's Studio Experience exhibit in Montreaux, Switzerland. The exhibit centers on Mountain Studios where the band made six albums between 1979 and 1995. "Montreux holds many memories for us, mostly good, some gastronomic, some musical, some alcoholic," said drummer Roger Taylor.

Katy Perry Moves Four Million Copies Of 'Roar'
"Roar," the first single from Katy Perry's latest, Prism, has sold four million digital copies in the 17 weeks since its release. It is the pop princess' seventh song to reach the mark, and she did it quicker than any other song in history. Perry also found herself on several of Billboard's year end charts.

Coldplay Play Surprise Gig At Somerset Pub
Coldplay played a surprise gig at the Ring O' Bells pub in Somerset earlier this week. According to the Western Daily Press, the band played for the pub's regular customers at the super secret gig. "Wow!! @coldplay just casually playing Ring O' Bells #onlypubinthevillage," tweeted Parlophone Records from the bar, adding a pic of the band performing in tight quarters.

Chris Cagle Arrested In Texas
Chris Cagle was arrested after running a red light in Greenville, Texas over the weekend. He was booked in Hunt County Jail on suspicion of DWI, while getting his release sometime later. The penalty for a Class B misdemeanor DWI is a fine of up to $2,000, six months in the slammer, or both. Cagle's reps have not returned calls to various sources.

Beyoncé Throws Album Release Party At Arcade
Beyoncé threw down in celebration of her surprise number one album with a party at the Dave and Buster's arcade in New York City. The party came after her recent album release gig at Brooklyn's Barclay's Center and Bey was surrounded by a host of her famous friends.
Some of the illustrious guests on the list included Jessica White, stylist Ty Hunter, designer Alexander Wang, Luke James, J. Cole and Drake. The latter even grabbed the mic to toast his "Mine" collaborator saying:
"I just came out tonight to let you know congratulations to each and every one of you that worked on this s**t, for real," said Drizzy. "And of course to the queen, the utmost congratulations."
The R&B queen also shared Instagram pics of the custom made glasses made for her guests and tasty cupcakes adorned with her self-titled album's art work.

Faces Not Interested In Reuniting With Rod Stewart
Despite rumors of a 2015 Faces reunion, Ian McLagan, the band's keyboardist, says that he's not interested in Rod Stewart's recent hints about getting back together. McLagan notes that the band found a different singer in Simply Red's Mick Hucknall. "We've done the Faces," McLagan recently told Uncut magazine. "And he didn't turn up."

Beyoncé Holds Visual Album Release In New York City
Beyoncé dazzled fans and media at the release of her self-titled "visual album" in New York City on Saturday.
Wearing a leopard print Tom Ford dress and boots, the 32-year-old superstar arrived at the New York School of Visual Arts, where popcorn bags labeled with her name were given to guests as the 17 videos for her album were screened. She later answered questions from fans on Instagram.
At the event, Bey spoke out about the message behind her latest, self-released album: "More than the music, I'm proud of myself as a woman. The biggest message is owning your imperfections and all the things that make you interesting because I refuse to allow someone to put me in anybody's box."
She added that she was very nervous about self-releasing the album through iTunes: "I was so scared. I had already gone through all the horrible ways it could go in my mind."

Foo Fighters will headline a pre Super Bowl party at New York's Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum on February 1, the day before the big game. The Foos will be joined by country act, Zac Brown Band. The Talking Heads have released "Theme," a cut recorded in 1976, one year before the band dropped its first album. The track was recorded July 30, 1976 during the band's performance at NYC punk club CBGB.
